TXTWRK Checklists All Activity installed today, next to Search

TXTWRK has extended All Activity into Checklist technologies, adding another specialised surface to an activity system that already operates across the Homepage, Profiles, Maps and the API Kit. The importance of the checklist implementation is that activity is not being developed as an isolated audit log for another product feature. Instead, the existing TXTWRK activity architecture is adapted to structured work: users can move from discovering activity across the platform to understanding activity surrounding a particular checklist, and now an individual checklist item. This gives Checklist technologies both an operational purpose—managing work—and a historical purpose—understanding how that work actually progressed.

Core capabilities introduced

•Checklist-level All Activity: activity can be viewed directly inside the checklist experience while remaining restricted to the relevant enclosing post.
•Checklist-item filtering: users can select a particular checklist item and retrieve activity associated specifically with that item.
•Existing All Activity controls remain available: username, search, time, ordering, activity categories and applicable scope controls continue to provide additional ways of exploring the history.

All Activity surfaceContext providedWhat a user can learn
HomepagePlatform-wide discoveryWhat is happening across TXTWRK
ProfileIndividual contextActivity surrounding a particular person
MapsGeographic contextWhat is happening in a location
API KitProgrammatic contextHow activity can be consumed by integrations
ChecklistStructured-work contextHow a checklist/post has progressed
Checklist ItemIndividual work-item contextHow a specific part of that checklist progressed
The Checklist Item filter is the key adaptation in this implementation. Checklist items are presented through a selector organised according to their existing checklist groups, making the activity interface reflect the structure of the work itself. Selecting an item changes the question being asked of All Activity from “what happened in this checklist?” to “what happened around this particular piece of work?” The selected item is combined with the enclosing post context, providing a progressively narrower history rather than relying on a simple keyword match. That gives TXTWRK a hierarchy of discovery running from platform activity through to highly specific work-item activity.

What the item-level adaptation enables

•Progress investigation: review the history surrounding one individual item instead of manually searching through the entire checklist timeline.
•Process learning: completed checklists can become historical records showing how particular stages of work developed, rather than becoming static completed task lists.
•Contextual investigation: item selection can work alongside other activity controls, allowing the history to be examined by participant, period, search term or other supported activity dimensions.

PersonWhat has happened around this user?Profile
LocationWhat has happened here?Maps
ChecklistHow did this body of work progress?Post/checklist
Checklist itemHow did this exact part of the work progress?Post + selected item
This creates a broader knowledge and learning capability around checklists. A normal checklist is principally concerned with the present state of work: what exists, what is outstanding and what has been completed. All Activity adds the temporal layer. Users can look backwards through activity and understand the path that led to the current state. Item-level filtering makes that history substantially more useful on large or complex checklists because the user does not need to reconstruct an individual item's story from an entire project history. As TXTWRK accumulates activity, previous checklists can consequently provide useful evidence of how work was approached, where interaction occurred and how individual elements progressed.

Wider product benefits

•One activity concept across multiple technologies: users encounter All Activity across Homepage, Profiles, Maps, API Kit and now Checklist technologies instead of learning unrelated history systems.
•Granularity without fragmentation: the user can move from broad discovery to post/checklist history and then individual-item history while remaining within the same conceptual activity system.
•Reusable historical knowledge: checklist activity can provide more than an audit trail; it can help users revisit previous work and understand the progression behind completed outcomes.

The comparison with established work-management technology helps clarify where this approach differs. monday.com provides board activity and an Item Activity Log. Jira records activity against individual work items, including areas such as comments, history and work logs. ClickUp provides individual task activity alongside broader Activity views. These products demonstrate the value of detailed work history. The distinguishing aspect of TXTWRK's implementation is not simply that checklist items have history, but that checklist-item activity becomes another specialised view of an activity concept already spanning people, geographic discovery, platform discovery and API consumption.

TXTWRK distinctionOne All Activity concept adapted across multiple platform technologiesStrong board/item historyStrong issue/work historyStrong task/workspace activity
There is also an important architectural distinction as Checklist technologies develop further. TXTWRK starts from the concept that All Activity can operate across several platform surfaces, with each technology adapting activity according to its own context. Checklist activity therefore does not have to end with recording that a task changed. It can participate in the wider discovery model used by Homepage activity, a person's Profile activity, geographically relevant activity through Maps and programmatic use through the API Kit. Adding the Checklist Item filter makes this adaptation considerably more specific: users can retain the wider All Activity capabilities while drilling down to one defined component of a checklist. The result is a checklist technology that can organise work, expose how that work progressed, and allow people to return later and learn from the history of individual items as well as the checklist as a whole.

TXTWRK All Activity API Kit: Setting World Records in Community Discovery

TXTWRK is building a new standard for community discovery — bringing an extraordinary range of human activity into one searchable, accessible and configurable system. All Activity moves beyond the traditional feed to help people discover not only what a community is posting, but what it is actually doing.

The All Activity API Kit brings activity generated across TXTWRK into a common discovery layer. Posts sit alongside information, contributions, work, opportunities, events, investments, commerce, people and progress.

The current system already covers major categories including Info, Posts, Post Engagement, Checklists, Investments, Feedback, Events, Monetisation, Products, Workspaces, API Access, Profiles, Follows, Business Opportunities, Donations, Subscriptions, Addresses, Questionnaires and Mentions.

This breadth is fundamental to All Activity.

Another TXTWRK Discover Tool Set

All Activity isn't simply another feed.

It is another part of the growing TXTWRK Discover tool set.

Most social discovery begins and ends with posts. We are developing discovery around a much wider question:

What is happening?

Someone might discover an idea through a Note, somewhere they can help through a Need, knowledge through Intel, progress through Quarterly results, an opportunity through a business, something happening nearby through an Event, or somebody worth knowing through the activity they've contributed.

Instead of forcing all human activity into a single content format, TXTWRK can search and present many different kinds of activity together.

Feeding inspiration to people

The purpose isn't simply to produce a bigger feed.

It's to expose signals that could inspire somebody's next action.

A Need can inspire a Contribution.

Intel can spark an idea.

A To-do can reveal where help is required.

An Event can bring people together.

An Investment can reveal momentum.

A Business Opportunity can create a relationship.

A Quarterly result can make progress visible.

A Post can begin a conversation.

A Mention can bring somebody new into it.

That's the difference between optimising solely for:

"What can we get somebody to look at next?"

and asking:

"What can this person discover that might help them learn, connect, contribute or participate?"

We want discovery to lead somewhere.

Discover a Need → help.

Discover Intel → learn.

Discover an Event → attend.

Discover an Opportunity → apply.

Discover a person → connect.

Discover progress → become inspired.

The feed isn't necessarily the destination.

The community is.

One activity language

Underneath All Activity, the original events can be completely different.

The presentation layer turns those events into a common activity language.

For example:

Note Created → Note

Need Created → Need

Contribution Created → Contribution

Timetable Created → Timetable

Intel Created → Intel

To-do Created → To Do

Financial Created → Financial

Quarterly Created → Quarterly

Shares Created → Share Distribution

Posts become another part of this larger system. Post creation can sit alongside comments, acknowledgements, loves, draws, features, subthreads and other engagement.

This allows discovery to move across completely different areas of TXTWRK without requiring a separate feed for every product.

A journey through a community could become:

idea → need → contribution → work → event → investment → result.

Viewed together, those individual records begin to tell the story of what a community is actually doing.

Search across many types

All Activity can be broad when somebody wants inspiration and precise when they know what they're looking for.

People can narrow discovery across major activity types rather than searching one enormous undifferentiated feed.

Discovery can span Info, Posts, Engagement, Checklists, Investments, Feedback, Events, Monetisation, Products, Workspaces, APIs, Profiles, Follows, Business Opportunities, Donations, Subscriptions, Addresses, Questionnaires and Mentions.

Chronology adds another dimension:

What's happening now?

or:

How did this develop?

People, places and locations can add further context, allowing discovery to move towards questions such as:

What's happening here?

What is this person working on?

What opportunities are emerging in this community?

View. Read. Listen.

Making more activity discoverable also means making it easier to consume.

All Activity uses a deliberately simple interaction model:

View | Read | Listen

View

View takes somebody to the original TXTWRK resource.

The activity acts as a discovery signal without trying to reproduce every underlying TXTWRK product inside the feed.

Read

Read expands richer information directly within the activity experience.

People can scan quickly and expand something when it catches their attention.

Listen

Listen makes activity accessible through speech.

That creates another way of exploring what's happening without requiring somebody to continually read a screen.

Together:

Discover it. Read it. Listen to it. View the source.

Accessibility isn't being added after discovery.

It's becoming part of how discovery works.

Activity includes participation

One of the most interesting parts of All Activity is that an activity doesn't have to represent something somebody published.

It can represent something somebody did.

Someone attended.

Someone contributed.

Someone purchased.

Someone subscribed.

Someone supported.

Someone followed.

Someone applied.

Someone connected a server.

Someone created an API.

Someone created an opportunity.

These actions provide signals about participation and momentum, not merely publication.

This lets TXTWRK go beyond:

"Someone published something."

towards:

"Someone did something."

Built as an API Kit

All Activity isn't being developed only as a TXTWRK page.

It's an API Kit.

That means a configured slice of activity can ultimately power other discovery experiences, including:

Community websites

Project dashboards

Local discovery experiences

Organisation pages

Business platforms

Public displays

Custom applications

One implementation might concentrate on:

Events + Needs + Contributions

Another could focus on:

Investments + Financials + Quarterly Results

Another:

Products + Purchases + Business Opportunities

Another:

Intel + Notes + Mentions

And another could explore activity associated with a particular place or community.

One activity infrastructure can support many different discovery experiences.

Building a world-leading community discovery layer

Our ambition with TXTWRK is to push community discovery significantly further.

We aren't interested only in answering:

What's viral?

What's popular?

What was posted?

We want TXTWRK to help answer:

What is happening?

Who needs something?

Who is contributing?

What are people building?

What knowledge is being shared?

What opportunities are emerging?

What's happening nearby?

Where is progress being made?

Who should somebody discover?

And what could they find that inspires their next action?

That's why All Activity matters.

It's not simply another feed.

It's infrastructure for connecting people, information, work, opportunities, places and participation through discovery.

Turning activity into inspiration

Imagine opening a community and discovering:

Someone has identified a Need.

Another person has made a Contribution.

New Intel has been added.

A To-do has been created.

An Event has been scheduled.

Someone attends.

An Investment is completed.

Later, Quarterly results show what happened next.

Those records may originate from completely different parts of TXTWRK.

But together they begin to tell a story.

That story is the activity of the community.

Making that story searchable and accessible can inspire the next person to become part of it.

What is happening?

That may ultimately be the most important question behind All Activity.

Not simply:

What was posted?

But:

What is happening?

Who needs something?

Who is helping?

What are people creating?

What have they learned?

Where is progress being made?

What opportunities have appeared?

What's happening nearby?

Who is participating?

What could you contribute?

And what might you discover that inspires what you do next?

TXTWRK All Activity API Kit

One activity layer. Many kinds of human activity.

Searchable. Filterable. Readable. Listenable. Accessible. Embeddable.

Built to turn community activity into discovery.

Built to turn discovery into inspiration.

Another TXTWRK Discover tool set — and another step towards a world-leading community discovery system.

TXTWRK.com is a living, experimental community infrastructure platform founded in January 2024 by Mr. Amritpal Claire (Sunny Claire) in Derby, UK. Its core mission is to help people make text work in daily life while ensuring Forever Data Preservation — preserving meaningful posts, creations, contributions, and digital legacies indefinitely.

TXTWRK provides practical tools that communities actually need: structured coordination, transparent economic activity, location-based collaboration, and long-term data integrity. It operates as a Big Community platform — larger in participatory spirit, composition, and intent than many big tech offerings, even while acknowledging that big tech holds greater financial resources. Revenue approaches emphasize fairness, with clear processing fees (e.g., PayPal) and community-first distribution rather than unchecked extraction.

Core Philosophy & Positioning

•Community-First: Tools for investment, volunteering (via checklists), donations, feedback, events, and shared workspaces — designed to create real opportunities transparently.
•Transparency as Standard: Public activity logging, open investment rounds, location-based public feedback, and mediation support.
•Longevity: "Forever Data" ethos ensures contributions outlive typical platform cycles.
•Big Community Identity: A decentralized, inclusive network that empowers individuals and local groups regardless of financial position. It complements rather than directly rivals big tech, focusing on underserved practical and community needs.

Powerhouse Infrastructure Highlights

TXTWRK functions as adaptable infrastructure with robust backend design:
•Dynamic Schema Handling: Functions like tableExists(), columnExists(), and intelligent column fallbacks make the system resilient as new features are added.
•Sophisticated Location Hierarchy: Supports continent → sovereign_state → country → region → district → locality → place_name for precise local/global scoping.
•Comprehensive Activity System: The new All Activity / Live Now module aggregates events across dozens of tables.
•Multi-Format Content: Posts, reels, photos, videos, audio (MP3), stories, 3D models, CSV data, checklists, etc.
•Monetization & Economy: Investments (equity-style via PayPal), donations, coins/tips, subscriptions, advertising. Transparent fee disclosure (~2.9% + 30p for PayPal) with funds going directly to creators/organisations.
•Developer & Workspace Layer: APIs (linking, events, messaging, etc.), code playground, workspaces, servers.

Recent Major Addition: All Activity / Live Now Module

This is one of the most significant recent enhancements, making the platform feel truly alive. It appears prominently on the homepage and is planned for expansion as an overlay in the quick panel, accessible from any page.

Capabilities:
•Global vs Local scoping (local uses user’s home/current location hierarchy).
•Rich Type Filters: All Activity, Posts, Post Engagement (comments, loves, features, mentions, draws, etc.), Checklists & Checklist Engagement (applications, comments, replies, threadlets), Investments, Feedback, Events & Attendance, Monetisation (donations, tips, sales), Workspaces/Servers, API Access, Profiles (photos, covers, follows), Mentions (in notes, needs, contributions, timetables, etc.).
•Frontend Excellence: Avatars, clean HTML-formatted messages, time-ago, deduplication, infinite scroll/load more, auto-open logic for logged-in users (once per day).
•Backend Strength: Defensive, grouped notifications, prepared statements, performance-aware limits.

This module turns every action into discoverable, transparent contribution and is positioned to become a primary new discovery tool. Future enhancements will include filters for people you follow and your custom labels across the network.

Discovery: Maps + World-Class Search

TXTWRK elevates discovery to new levels:
•Maps: One of the platform’s most powerful features. Turns physical locations into structured, shared, time-based assets (e.g., scheduling uses for empty shops, public feedback on streets/objects/lampposts). Supports global and hyper-local exploration of events, products, feedback, and people.
•Classical Search System: Described internally as among the best ever, with advanced filtering, trending topics, and integration across content types.
•Additional Layers: Reels, Calendar, Trending Topics, personalized feeds (Following, Mentions, Location-based), topic tagging, and the evolving All Activity feed.

These tools make finding people, opportunities, and local initiatives far more effective than traditional platforms.

Key Feature Areas

•Profiles & Organization: Character info, covers, timetables, addresses, checklists (with applications/volunteering), notes, to-dos, financials, quarterly reports, shares.
•Engagement & Social: Posts, rich reactions (love, humour, reflect, draw), mentions, comments, subthreads, features.
•Real-World Coordination: Location feedback, events, shared workspaces, public pledges.
•Economic Tools: Public investment campaigns (e.g., TXTWRK’s own Round 1: £1m for 10%), donations, coins, product sales.
•Safety & Legacy: Transparency logs, mediation, data preservation, inclusive access features.
•Theming & Polish: Weather integration, seasonal calendars (e.g., "Spring: Day 46 of 92"), daily themes (e.g., Star Wars Day, Firefighters Day), bandwidth tracking for awareness.

Founder & Ecosystem

Sunny Claire (BSc Information Technology) drives development with a hands-on approach. Related initiatives include Derby Community Hub, ImFashion, and United Intelligence Agency — all interconnected on TXTWRK for synergy.

The platform maintains strong local roots in Derby while scaling globally (e.g., support pages like @UnitedKingdom for political transparency).

Current Status & Outlook

As of May 2026, TXTWRK remains in experimental/active development but is highly functional with growing community features. The homepage is dynamic and "living," showcasing weather, trending topics, investment calls, and the new All Activity feed.

Future Vision: Expanding the All Activity overlay as a relied-upon discovery engine, deeper personalization via follows/labels, continued infrastructure growth, and tools that genuinely serve community needs long-term.

TXTWRK stands out through its practical utility, radical transparency, location intelligence, and commitment to data permanence. It is a Big Community platform built for people who want to coordinate, create, invest, volunteer, and preserve their contributions meaningfully — without the typical trade-offs of fleeting social media or opaque big tech systems.

For the latest experience, https://txtwrk.com directly, create a profile, explore maps, and engage with all activity. The journey is open — contributions and investment are welcomed transparently. Lets kickstart the best future together this 2026! ♥
